Working closely with the Findem team reshaped how we think about hiring. The most meaningful signals often sit beneath the surface of a résumé, emerging through the relationships between skills, experiences, context and the people someone has worked alongside.
We built the brand around a simple insight: Careers aren’t flat. They’re dimensional.
That belief comes to life through a living design system that reveals the depth behind every career story. Emotive typography, art directed portraiture and a distinctive color system bring humanity to the platform, while a bold 3D visual language makes the intelligence of the Findem data engine visible across product, marketing and storytelling.
