Findem is redefining how companies understand and hire people. Most recruiting platforms rely on static profiles and keyword filters, reducing careers to flat summaries. But the reality of a career is far more complex than traditional HR tech systems capture.
Working closely with the Findem team reshaped how we think about hiring. The most meaningful signals often sit beneath the surface of a resume, emerging through the relationships between skills, experiences, context and the people someone has worked alongside.
We built the brand around a simple insight: Careers aren’t flat. They’re dimensional.
Our team designed a brand system built on that belief, with layers of meaning throughout. A symbol that reflects a core truth: careers don’t exist in isolation. We’re shaped by the people around us, the teams we’re part of and the connections we build over time. A bold palette that stands apart from tech’s endless sea of blue. The brand voice reveals the relationships, experiences and signals that shape what people are capable of, with a delightful wink. An iconic 3D visual language brings the Findem data engine to life, making something complex feel visible, compelling and powerful.
The result is a brand that feels timeless and soulful, yet unmistakably advanced.
